Delete a Word Puzzles account
Unlimited Word Puzzles lets you permanently delete a guest or linked online identity and its associated online game data.
Delete immediately in the app
- Open Unlimited Word Puzzles and select Profile.
- In Account & Recovery, select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm Delete account.
The request is processed immediately. The app signs the deleted identity out after the online deletion succeeds.
What is deleted
- The Unlimited Word Puzzles online identity, including a linked email or Apple identity association.
- Every multiplayer room and room history associated with that identity. Those rooms close for their other members as part of the deletion.
- Unlimited Word Puzzles notifications, registered push devices, and room-alert preferences associated with that identity.
- The community leaderboard entry associated with that identity.
What remains
- Solo puzzle progress and settings stored locally on the device remain until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it.
- Purchase records remain with Apple or Google. The permanent ad-free entitlement can be restored through the store; consumed hint balances are not restored as permanent purchases.
- Limited records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or marketplace accounting, as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access the app
Use the developer support email displayed on the Unlimited Word Puzzles App Store or Google Play listing and use the subject Word Puzzles account deletion request. Send the request from the recovery email linked to the account when possible. Do not send a password, private room invitation, or full purchase receipt. Support may ask for limited information needed to verify the account before deletion.
After deletion
Deletion cannot be undone. If you use online play again, Unlimited Word Puzzles creates a new guest identity; it does not restore the deleted rooms or leaderboard entry.
